Signing in
There are two ways in, and you only need one:
- Email + password. Works everywhere, including corporate networks. You choose your password when you accept your invitation, and you can reset it yourself any time (below).
- Continue with Google. One click if your email is a Google account — but many corporate firewalls block Google sign-in. If the Google button hangs or errors on a work network, that's why: use email + password instead.
First time here — accepting your invitation
Access is by invitation. The email contains a personal link that works once and expires after a few days. On the acceptance page you'll confirm your name and choose a password — do set one, even if you plan to use Google: it's the fallback that always works.
If the link says it doesn't work anymore (already used, or expired), the same page lets you request a fresh one by email — no need to ask anyone.
Can't sign in? Read the message — it tells you which problem you have
- “No account exists for this email” — you haven't been invited yet (or used a different email address than the invitation). Check which address the invitation went to.
- “This account has no password set yet” — your account exists, but the invitation was accepted without choosing a password. Click Forgot password? on the login page: the emailed link lets you set one.
- “Password incorrect” — the account and password exist but don't match. Forgot password? resets it.
Reset links arrive from Personal OS and are valid for 24 hours. No email after a few minutes? Check spam — or ask Mike, who can hand you the link directly on any channel.
For advisors — what you can see
Advisor access is a read-only workspace over the investment portfolio: Overview (allocation, largest positions), Position (balance sheet — click any asset to drill into its components), Accounts (per-account values and flows), Performance, Compare, and Estate (titling). No spending data, no write access.
Values refresh nightly from statements and market data; anything updated during the day shows up by the next morning at the latest.
On a corporate network?
Symptoms of a strict firewall: the Google button never completes, or emails from the portal get quarantined. Both have the same answer — use email + password, and if a reset email doesn't arrive, Mike can copy the reset link out of the admin panel and send it over whatever channel does work (including your secure portal).
Still stuck?
Contact Mike (mlunati@gmail.com). The admin panel shows exactly what state your account is in — whether it exists, whether a password is set, when you last signed in — so “can you check on your end?” has a real answer now.
